NWKC Supports Northwest Kidney Centers’ $1M Fundraiser

Staff from the Northwest Kidney Council (NWKC) were honored to attend the Northwest Kidney Centers’ 2025 Discovery Gala in Seattle. The annual event convened kidney dialysis providers, patients, and advocates united by one goal: to support Washingtonians living with kidney disease.

This year’s gala raised an incredible $1 million to advance kidney health and patient support programs across Washington. As part of that effort, NWKC proudly contributed $1,500 to fund life-sustaining care for kidney dialysis patients in need.

For our team, the evening was more than a celebration, it was a reminder of the power of partnership. When advocacy groups, kidney dialysis providers, and supporters come together, we strengthen the safety net that kidney patients rely on every day. Events like the Discovery Gala showcase what can be achieved through shared commitment and compassion.

NWKC remains dedicated to advocating for policies and partnerships that support the delivery of high-quality kidney care, improve patient access to treatment, and expand early detection efforts across the region.
